The business was purchased by myself (Peter Chapman) in
2003 and has been dealing in Skoda cars for nearly twenty
years, up to over two years ago as a main franchise dealer.
I started in business with my late father Ray in the sixties and
latterly on my own Pickering holding three car franchises
(including Skoda) our business became synonymous with
that of quality and fairness in all our dealings.

Following the sale of in business in 2001 we decided to move
to Harrogate and take things a bit easier but early retirement
came to an abrupt end when Brookroyd Garage became
available. The chance to deal with Skoda and customers just
looking for that elusive “old fashioned service”, well the
decision was easy.

We still supply new Skoda cars to order and always have a
good selection of used Skoda’s which are personally selected
by myself,  all are prepared to the highest standards and fully
guaranteed. We accept all makes of vehicle in part exchange
and will be pleased to quote for your finance if required.

Servicing, Repairs, including MOT to all makes are carried out on site by a small dedicated team
of trained staff. Free local collection and delivery or courtesy cars are available. Having your car
serviced by us during its original warranty period does not infringe the warranty in any way.
Some franchised dealers may try to make you believe otherwise.
